My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), attachment-based interventions, Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed techniques, and cognitive and behavioral strategies. When requested, I also offer Christian faith integration as part of the counseling process.
